These air fryer chicken tenders are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional deep-fried tenders. They come out perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken tenders. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Make sure that all of the chicken tenders are covered in the breadcrumb mixture. To help the chicken tenders get crispy in the air fryer, spray them with cooking spray. Make sure the chicken tenders don't touch each other as you put them in the air fryer basket. After 10 to 12 minutes, flip the chicken over and cook until it is golden brown and done all the way through. Enjoy while hot!

Ingredients: 4 bone-in chicken thighs. 1 cup buttermilk. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 tsp salt. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp dried thyme. 1/2 tsp dried oregano. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Put chicken thighs in a bowl and pour buttermilk over them. Soak them for at least half an hour. Put flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, and cayenne pepper in a different bowl and mix them together. Take the chicken out of the buttermilk and let the extra drip off. Make sure that each piece gets an even coat of the seasoned flour mixture. Get your Air Fryer ready by heating it up to 190C 375F. Place chicken thighs in an Air Fryer basket and spray it with cooking spray. Also, spray cooking spray on top of the chicken. If you want the chicken to reach an internal temperature of 165F 74C, cook it in the air fryer for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping it over halfway through. The coating should be golden and crispy.
