Sometimes having a mother who is in the nursing field is hard she says the things she says because she loves you and cares feeling alone and worried about tomorrow and the setup tried to do it tonight but got confused but did some of it this job isn't won't it need to find another one soon

I refuse to be sad over someone who didn’t want me, who didn’t accept me, who couldn’t let go of the past and focus on the future with me. I refuse to let you have control over my emotions. I refuse to allow someone who didn’t love me enough to stay to make me feel so sad. There will be others, there will be someone who loves me enough to stay, there will be someone who accepts me for me, there will be someone who loves me unconditionally and refuses to let me go because of the past.

I've been slacking... I don't mind the cardio, but I have to add more lifting to it. Might go into a heavy diet after next week. I post my week moments too... #fitness #betterwillcome #strength #slowgrowth #fit
