I can't tell you how often I'm second guessing myself. "Am I being too mean? Was that too loud? Did I sound too demanding?" No. No more. Fuck that. There's a clear line between getting to the point in a respectful yet no-bullshit business way that is direct and demands proper conduct and communication, and someone just being a purposefully mean, rude asshole. Men can demand papers to be on their desk at 5, demand the phone-call, and really get in someone's ass about a problem and every time they're still 'the boss'. 'The man'. 'The business man' & 'hell yeah he gets shit done'. A woman does it? She's a bitch. A cunt. Egotistical. Demanding. A thousand negative things. I don't accept that. Call it whatever it is - it's getting shit done. I'll never apologizing for not whispering at people. I'll never apologize for pushing people to be their absolute best which always means making them uncomfortable and upset because they're shoved out of their comfort zone. Never. Excel, be who you say you want to be, work toward something meaningful every single day or else I have no time for you. When I work, I work HARD. Its a fact that as an entrepreneur your going to do some things that aren't within your comfort zone.  Accept it, Embrace it, and Get Use to being uncomfortable.  Being uncomfortable means you are stretching yourself and growing.  Honestly, you should be afraid when you get too comfortable because comfort ability can lead to becoming stagnant and that can negatively impact business and revenue growth.  I'm learning that when I get that uncomfortable feeling...just go ahead and take a step forward without hesitant because what's on the other side is exciting and new.

Restless Wanderer

Oh restless wanderer what do you seek Beneath this moon lit sky? What mysteries wait upon the horizon? What shadows stir deep in the night?

Do you hear the whispers that tempt me? Beckoning me into the darkness, unknown. I stand frozen as I dare to consider Recklessly chasing the twilight alone.   My eyes remain blind in the darkness I fear what my eyes cannot see My feet remain firm on this worn path Then I sigh, and I turn, and I leave   But you, my dear friend, brave the silence I listen as your footsteps fade away What lies beyond the forest I wonder? What will you discover as I here remain?   In the familiar, I lay my head down To find my heart shall not be stilled Abandoning me to embark on a journey The one I left behind unfulfilled   Tell me, how high are the mountains that lift you? Just how low are the depths where you sink? What answers exist without questions? Where have your travels taken your feet?   I now lie awake until morning And watch the sun greet me as it rise Revealing the forest is no longer a forest The path is clear and marked and lined   Where do you stand now beneath the sunlight? What fortunes met you in the night? I search for signs of your passing-by But you left nothing to share with the light   I follow what may have been footprints To find you’re nowhere to be found I nearly believe that I dreamt it all When your whispers travel back on the wind   You say, “Listen and hear me: Don’t go back. There’s not much time left, you see? No matter how often we turn round As night falls, the sun still remains.

It is there when you bask in its sunlight It is there when the clouds come to play In the dead of night, you can’t see it But it is there and you’ll see it next day.

So wander by day if you’re willing And wander by night if you dare. Even night cannot stop the sun shining Ask the moon, you will see it always
