Hi everyone! I’ve just posted a new Beyblade fanfiction! It was originally meant to go up around Easter, but it took me a bit longer to revise and translate — so here it is now.

In this story, the characters are older (around 30), and it focuses on Goh, the 7-year-old son of Kai and Tala, who wants to paint eggs as a gift for his family (which includes Bryan, Spencer, and Ian).

Synopsis:

“After watching an Easter special from a Russian cartoon, seven-year-old Goh decides he wants to do what the characters did: paint colorful eggs and give them to his whole family. The mission, however, turns out to be more difficult (and messier) than he expected. But Goh has a goal — and once he gets an idea in his head, not even a few broken eggs can make him give up.”

is always a matter of perspective! For Kai, it‘s definitely Boris, you bet. Even if Yuriy accidentally put effort into making himself unpopular, too. But not only his smile is a good excuse, so..

I hope this conversation snippet makes a bit of sense, read from top to bottom. Idk anymore if this scene will ever make it into a possible fic. Anyway, I needed something for the prompt, so have this.

context: Kai is with the Russian gang for reasons, had a badly needed shower and got clothes from Boris, not knowing it were Yuriys. Without knowing that Kai is hearing it, Yuriy asks the others how „the little one“ is doing.

Bonus, as another proof of Boris making himself unpopular:

Very messy, silly sketch, but I still love the vibe haha. Boris crashes into them, while Yuiry placed his hand on Kais shoulder without hidden agenda.

Here‘s a little story about Yuriy I threw together in a weird way. Told from Boris`s perspective, a few years after it happened - when he‘s still a bit emotional about it. It‘s also more his thoughts, I think he wouldn‘t really talk like that.

Funfact: Yuriy himself doesn‘t remember the breakout. He even laughed about it, saying Boris is kidding him.

Who is we/us in the last panel? - Boris, Ivan, Sergej, other abbey children, basically Yuriys friends.
