Q. What is the greatest lesson you learned in 2019? Lesson 1: What I'm truly after isn't being happy and joyful. What I'm truly after is experiencing myself as FULLY ALIVE! I feel fully alive when I am fully present and experiencing the Feelings/Emotions that are alive in me at each 'present' or 'NOW' moment. Experiencing ALL EMOTIONS, regardless of whether in the past I would have labeled them as negative or positive - all of them! When all of them are allowed, invited, welcomed, the experience is a full presence & fully aliveness. Besides, nothing is inherently good or bad anyway. Lesson 2: "Letting go" means non-attachment to everything - including the physical body. Nothing is "mine", including this body that I'm temporarily inhabiting and taking good care of (so it serves my soul to 'create' the experiences and to re-member). Lesson 3: It's much easier and preferable to go through life, powered by the energies of CURIOSITY and WONDER. A great thing to say, as Jim Rohn said, "Hmmm, isn't this interesting?" Lesson 4: There's no winning this game I call "life". The point is not to "get there", but to enjoy the game, the journey. There's no getting there. There's no arriving. There's no getting out of this alive either. So, just play... meaning: don't get too hung up on this "what's my purpose" thing... don't take any of this too seriously. #mindsetmatters #mindsetshift #beyondyourbestself #spiritualbeing #selflove #lightworkers #loveyourself #ivan_nikolov (at Tallinn, Estonia) https://www.instagram.com/p/B6ioGYZgPLZ/?igshid=k69etcym0hnl
