"The problem is you people!" He scooped the fuzzy bundles closer to himself. These young tiny lives, at least, loved him. They wouldn’t insult his views on his ferrets, they wouldn’t insult his ferrets. They might nip him, they might hide his stuff, they might make huge messes, but they would love him.
