You woke up from your power nap and went downstairs to make dinner for you and your roommate. When you were about to open the fridge, you found a sticky note from your roommate saying that she won't be back until tomorrow afternoon. You sighed and decided to order something instead. The doorbell rang before you found your phone so you turned around and headed for the door.

As you got closer, you could hear the heavy rain from outside. When you opened the door, your eyes widened in surprise from Hoseok standing in front of you, out of breath and wet from the rain.

"What-" you said but he cut you off.

"Y/N, I know I'm really late and I'm so, so sorry for being such a dumbass. I was really stressed and I let my frustration get the best of me. I never meant to hurt you or ruin our relationship. The truth is, a famous dancer I know called me over to dance with her for the week. We were working on some routines, but later she suddenly tried to get on me. She didn't stop even when I told her to, so I left. She followed me out and forced herself on me. Later, I found out that her manager took that photo of her kissing me right out of her house and people started making up stories after that photo went public. I wanted to tell you the truth but I was scared you'd leave me so I just ended up never telling you. I was wrong to think that way but I didn't want you to leave me because I love you so much, Y/N, I regretted not going after you that night, and I cried myself to sleep because I missed you more as a second went by." Hoseok said while standing in the rain. You stared at him, not knowing how to react. "I love you so much and I can’t stand not being with you. Y/N, Will you please forgive me and give me and our relationship another chance?”

You felt a splash of warmth spread across your chest.

"You're going to get really sick if you stay in the rain for too long," you told him, choking up. You pulled him and cupped his cold face. Hoseok hugged you tightly and rested his head on your shoulder. The sound of his quiet sobs made your heart clench up, and you tried to keep your tears from falling while caressing his hair to calm him down.

"I missed you," you whispered into his ear.

He whimpered in response and kissed you. As you kissed him back, Hoseok finally felt the warmth again, and at that moment, he felt complete again with you in his arms.

Weeks after no calls or texts from Hoseok, you assumed that the two of you were officially done. You wanted to see him, hear his voice and hug him, but you were afraid that he didn't want to see you, so to take things off of your mind, you went out to buy groceries for you and your roommate. 

While looking at your phone, you reached your last destination and reached a hand out for a pack of salmon when another hand also reached for the one you were going to get.

"Oh, sorry. You can take it," you said and saw Jin and Jungkook when you looked up.

"Y/N! Oh my gosh!" they greeted you happily.

You gave them a weak smile.

"Jungkook, look at thi-" a voice said from behind them. It was Jimin. As soon as he met your eyes, he froze in place.

You saw Taehyung and Yoongi behind him, and they looked at you with uneasy eyes.

"You should go," Yoongi suggested, instead of greeting you.

You were about to say something, but you stopped when you heard Hoseok call Jin from behind the small crowd.

You quickly turned around before he could see you. Your heart ached, and you had to fight back the tears that had threatened to fall while slowly walking away.

"Y/N?"

Your heart instantly dropped when he called your name. You didn't realize how much you missed the sound of him saying your name. You couldn't hold it in anymore, and tears were trickling down your cheeks.

You began walking faster but when he called you again, you dropped your shopping basket and ran away.

"Yes, baby?" he replied while laying down on his bed, looking at you.

You crawled over and gave him a big bear hug.

"I love you," you said softly after kissing him for a long time.

"You love me," he sang with a smile on his face.

"SHUT UP I'M TRYING TO SLEEP!" Jimin bolted up and mumbled complaints while throwing his blanket over his head, leaving both of you trying to hold back your giggles while cuddling with each other.

"Hoseok." you walked into the room while trying to keep calm. For the first time, he looked at you with an annoyed expression.

"Y/N, if it's about the scandal, it's normal for people like me, and you know it's not true."

You bit your lip to keep everything inside and understand him, but you just couldn’t hold it in any longer.

"That's what I'd like to think as well but how could I when someone has a photo of you coming out of some girl's house on the night you came home late at night? To make it even better, there's even a picture of the two of you kissing!"

"Do you not trust me?" Hoseok raised his voice.

"I do trust you!"

"Then why are you here, in front of me, assuming that I cheated on you?"

"Because-"

"You know what, just leave!" Hoseok shouted.

You were surprised that he spoke to you like that and flinched a little. You opened the door and bumped into Jimin, while the other boys were standing by their bedroom doors, worried.

"Y/N-" Jimin said, but you ignored him.

You walked up to Namjoon, gave him the extra key to their dorm and left.

It was raining by the time you arrived home. After settling down, you reached into your pocket to text your roommate to apologize for not being able to buy anything, but you couldn't feel anything. You retraced your memories and remembered that you left it in the shopping basket, and groaned in frustration, then got an umbrella to go out again, when you were stopped by the doorbell.

You opened the door and saw Jungkook standing in front of you smiling, even though he was getting wet from the rain.

"What are you- oh. Thanks," you said as he gave you your phone.

"You forgot this too," he said, handing you a bag filled with your groceries. "Yoongi bought everything that was in your basket for you. He said it was an apology gift."

"Oh wow, thank you so much," you smiled weakly and hugged him. At first, he didn’t know what to do but he hugged you back.

"Come over sometimes, okay? I miss my little buddy."

"I'm bigger than you," Jungkook snorted and you pulled back.

"Only because you eat like a pig,” you said sarcastically. “but seriously, come over when you have time, okay?"

Jungkook nodded and gave you a smile.

You were happy to be able to see him, but when he went into the car you caught a glimpse of Hoseok and your smile dropped.

You slammed the door shut and went to the kitchen to sort out the groceries with a heavy heart.

"Happy birthday Y/N!" Hoseok congratulated you through Skype. "I'm really sorry I couldn't make it in time. I just got off the plane."

"It's fine," I reassured. "How was Hawaii?"

"I had lots of fun! Did you make a wish for your birthday? You know, with me, they'll always come true," he said with a grin.

"Yeah, I did! I thought since I'm getting old, I should get a boyfriend before it's too late."

Hoseok squealed in excitement after pausing for a moment.

"Okay, then tell me who your dream man is and I'll hit you up with someone as soon as I can!" he said while unlocking his phone.

"Well, I guess someone who can make me laugh, someone who's willing to do crazy things with me and someone who cough loves the color green."

Hoseok stopped typing and looked at the screen with an eyebrow pointing up.

"Hobi, will you be my boyfriend?" you asked with a smile.

"Y-" Hoseok was about to give you an answer but he was interrupted by six guys screaming and attacking your new boyfriend.

"Happy birthday and congrats on being Hoseok's first girlfriend!" the other guys shouted.

You laughed and said goodbye because their manager told them to rest up before landing,

"Rest up Hoseok!"

"I love you, Y/N!" Hoseok said right as you ended the call.

You ran into his arms and surprised him a little, but he hugged back instinctively.

"What's wrong, Y/N?"

"It's nothing," you muffled against his sweater.

Hoseok was seen leaving an unknown girl's house, late at night for the third time since last week.
