After BH finds out how much sleep the contestants need he is on all of Death Pact's asses about going to bed, if any of them aren't in bed/getting ready for bed by 11pm he appears behind them like The Batman to take them back to their rooms. For the particularly stubborn he will just drag them back to his nest and just cuddle with them until they fall asleep. It comes from a good place those are his friends and teammates, he wants them to be healthy and take care of themselves. That does not stop the incidents of someone having a heart attack after BH manifested from the shadows on the exact hour.
Now of course Death Pact is full of chronic over workers and have thus made many attempts at avoiding this, they have yet to succeed. Lightning is convinced he has some sort of tracker on them but has yet to give up, it's become a sort of bonding ritual for the both of them. Fanny is a victim surprisingly little, I think she would have an actually good sleep schedule before TPOT. Liy would be the most resistant imo, she loves her adventures and has broke at least 7 laws in her various attempts to escape bedtime. Marker and Bottle are the complete opposite and often just sleep in BH's' room to cuddle with everyone.
