BG3: Vestiges of Divergence & Arms of the Betrayers
A few different amazing modders have put together some packs and singular items for items from Critical Role in Baldur's Gate 3. Some of these are proper "Vestiges of Divergence" or "Arms of the Betrayers" but there are a few loose items (BOOTS OF HASTE MY LOVE) as well thrown in for flavours.
I've spent a bit of time over time going through and finding some fun placements for where you can imagine yourself finding these (long story short, I have a chest in my camp inventory where these live "in order" until I reach the point, and then I just pretend like I found it as boss/location loot.

Emerald Grove - Handcone of Clarity [after completing Alfira's quest]
Bugbear/Ogre Barn - Ruin's Wake
Ethel's Swamp - Fenthras [where you learn about Shadow Druids]
Zhentarim/Gnoll Fight - Agony [Gnolls and stuff]
Zhentarim Hideout - Boots of Haste [for sale]
Goblin Camp - Crown of Barbed Vision [Minthara's room]
Goblin Camp - Star Razor [Dror Ragzlin's treasure pile]
Rosymourn Monastery - Plate of the Dawnmartyr [after defeating the Guardian of Faith]
Crèche - Wreath of the Prism [drop from inquisitor]
Act 2: The Shadow-Cursed Lands
He-Who-Was - Death Walker's Ward [along with Raven Gloves]
Stone Masons' Guild - Titanstone Knuckles [after defeating wraiths]
Moonrise Towers - Jewel of Three Prayers [in Ketheric's room]
Shadowfell - Condemnor [after "defeating" the Nightsong]
Moonrise Towers - Spire of Conflux [technically after completing Act II and only if you restored the land for Thaniel]

Ironhand Gnomes' Hideout - Blade of Broken Mirrors [alternatively, after Wulbren is removed as head of the Ironhand Gnomes, if he is...]

Wyrmway - Will of the Talon [before fighting Ansur, after completing challenges]

Wyrm's Rock - The Bloody End [loot drop from Gortash]
Some of these aren't perfect, but if you have better/your own ideas, I would adore hearing them! I am also happy to explain why I picked these spots. The mod author seems also to have implemented an optional "world loot drop" system, too, if you prefer that!
I sort of waver between headcanons that "these don't REALLY exist in-universe" and sprinkling them in here and there with the thought that they aren't quite as "absolute beast items of legend" as they are in Exandria, because, otherwise, we are so absolutely and completely OP lol...

Now you can have your unique tattoo file and you don't have to paint on the body texture as I did when I made the old tutorials.

You need:
A photo editor as PS or gimp etc.
Body uv-map
Body textures
The file from the unique tav_mod by kartoffels as a template. Grab it on the Nexus or make your own.
Phantasy, brushes, time...
Or download my file here
Load your necessary files in Gimp or PS etc. The body texture will not be exported- it's just a help/ orientation where the tattoo is placed.
The next pic above shows the uv-map with the different body parts. Watch out when you make tattoos for the arms or legs. The left side of the uv map body part represents the back of the arm or leg. Hm, writing this I'm not sure anymore-- try it out :D
Then create your stuff on different layers:
and merge your levels together when you are finished. The same prodcedure as for the face tattoos.
Don't forget to deselect the uv-map and the body texture!
Your merged file should look like this:
Now load the tattoo file from Kartoffels mod in your editor or create your own.
Your own should look like this.
You have to use the slice tool to subdivide the file.
Then copy paste your tattoo in your new tattoo file in the red channel
Then drag/ move it in the left corner..
and scale it that it fits in the first square of your tattoo file
Select all channels before you export. Your file should look like this:
