Summary:
Nolan Dimitrov has been raised to know that he is better than most of the world. He is Changed, a child that has the genetic make-up and a whole lot of luck to be chosen to be turned into a better version of a human.
Of course, he's going to use that power for good.
But not everything is as black and white as it originally seems. Corruption is a parasite that has its roots in even the best places.
And no one embodies that corruption, that gray zone, then Aria Öskra and her demented, powerhouse family.

Instead of ending his roll and landing on the roof like he wanted to, his body hit the edge of the building, knocking the wind out of him.
Quickly, before gravity could pull him down, his hands found the edge of the building and with a pained grunt, pulled himself up to a staring Gavin Scream.
Nolan cleared his throat rather awkwardly.
“Hi. Yes, um…”
Great FUCKING idea, genius.
He glanced at the limp assassin, gulped, then back at the mass murderer. He hoped they were still conscious. Or… at least, alive.
“Um…”
Gavin Scream raised an eyebrow. “Can… I help you?”
“Yeah. Um, that person, you’re holding?” Nolan gestured vaguely to the assassin. “Pretty sure they don’t want to go with you, and also you’re kinda a criminal and that means I have to stop you… and… stuff…”
