ron not wanting to be grouped with those lovestruck girls is perhaps the biggest proof to me that he does indeed have a crush on krum. his fragile ego makes him so delightfully transparent like this kid is always going around feeling threatened by whatever he fears to be true. if ron wanted krum to sign something for him because he simply thinks krum’s a dope flier he probably wouldn’t gaf about what impression he gives. but because i think ron understands on some level that he desires krum carnally he goes out of his way to incriminate himself as little as possible.
