🎀- (any question you want:) what would you say are the pros and cons of having synesthesia, speaking for yourself? (If that's not too personal to ask, ofc)

pros: it gives a lot more dimension to the songs i listen to!! it also helps me as an artist, because if I know a song has the same color or feel as a drawing im going for i can listen to the song to get inspired

cons: it’s distracting to do other things when listening to music bc i’ll get caught up in the color or texture of the song. It also leads to me having. weird ass music taste bc i like songs with strong colors and even I can’t describe what that means
