Have NatSci. Pretty meh.

eSports Festival 2015 Day 2

I got to meet Bianca(ke). There was much fangirling to be had.

August 22

Did not get stationed in the reg booth. Had another volunteer tasked for it in our stead. Get assigned as a Hearthstone marshal.

Holy fuck, things are getting intense. 

Finished the HS tournament in a day. Did a lot of running for the game updates. 

Crossfire had the BEST FREEBIES OF ALL TIME. Did not get one for myself though.  Sad mia is sad. Got to see some League of Legends and StarCraft action. The fighting games were pretty cool, as well. 

Surprise, surprise- DOTA 2 DOTA 2 DOTA 2 HYPE HYPE HYPE

Manila teams such as Mineski, Execration, TNC and MSI were present. I’m not too keen on the local Dota 2 gaming scene as I’m not much of a Dota 2 person. Amidst the knives and demeaning threats I will most likely receive from admitting so, I did recognize some of them. May have spaced out a few moments when I did. Can’t help it- famous people make me anxious. 

Speaking of,

I MET BIANCA(KE) AND OH MY GOD SHE IS THE LOVELIEST PERSON EVER AND SO NICE AND I RAN AWAY WHEN I SAID I WAS A FAN AND SHE HUGGED ME AND THAT MOMENT IS IMMORTALIZED IN MY PHONE AND CHRIST THIS- THIS IS WHY I VOLUNTEERED IN THE FIRST PLACE MOVE OVER GAMING SCENE ADRENALINE I’M IN THIS FOR BIANCAAAAKE

So, yes. There might have been some fangirling involved. Slight. Not by much. No, not at all.
