It seems to be an acceptable belief amongst many people that what is inherently "right" for one person means it has to be right for everyone else. There is only a universal "good" and "bad." On the contrary, I was thinking that maybe what's personally "good" for one person might be individually "bad" for another. There might be some people who are meant to be homosexual, and it wouldn't be "bad" for that one person. It could be that some people are meant to hate homosexuals and that is inherently "good" for that specific person. We aren't all meant to believe in the same things, yet we are all created differently, have disparate genes, distinctive minds, and various thoughts. There are countless possible human combinations which all result in diverse end products, yet we all refuse to believe that maybe some people also have different meanings of "good" and "bad" which are inherent. It is the most basic sense that when you believe in something to be correct, then from your point of view, you are right. It does not matter what another might think, because you are right and that is conviction. With this radically proposed idea, religion can be one of two things: optional or universal. Whichever you choose to take up is up to your own decision. You are your own magistrate.
