Above and opposite to the True Daemons. Gabriel is capable of causing magical effects to manifest simply by existing, blessing the world around themselves. The capacity to change the fate of the surrounding world and those within range.

A result of this skill is an equivalent to Rank A+ [Divinity] being applied alongside a [Mental Pollution] ranking of A. As an Angel, Gabriel is close to God, but at the same time, their methods and justifications are inhuman and cannot be properly comprehended without the same mindset, one that most would consider insane

Manifest Angel: A

Gabriel’s form is human, though the specifications of their true appearance change and can be altered as needed, such as gender, height, skin tone, hair color, eye color and so on, like changing the way light reflects off of them. There seem to be some standard features to them however, such as the fact they usually appear with blonde or golden hair and green eyes until told otherwise, though it is not out of any vanity that it happens

Armory of Heaven: A

There is no greed among the Angels and their weapons are freely shared, even more so among each other. Gabriel is capable of calling on the weapons and apparel of their fellow Angels to be used as needed. Even so, Noble Phantasms such as the Lance or Sword of Michel are reduced in rank

Virtue of Diligence: EX

There is always work to be done and Gabriel will see to it that it is done. There are no true inherent bonuses to this skill, no changes to stats nor additional rulings to make Gabriel any more powerful. 

Even so, if it can be done, Gabriel is likely to do it, from saving someone to preparing dinner, to the point it is sometimes doubtful if Gabriel is actually capable of staying still. They will almost always be found doing something and only in their very rare sleep would they be found even remotely slothful.

One bonus of this however manifests in battle at the same time as a demerit as Gabriel is skilled in the use of all weapons, giving them a high efficiency with the [Armory of Heaven], added onto [God is my Strength] to create a blessed sort of monster on the battlefield. However, while Gabriel will take lives, her Virtue nearly prevents them from doing so until they have done everything they could.

Gabriel will try to save her enemy during battle, teach them how to fight better, harder, how to improve themselves even if it seems meaningless.

An empowerment Noble Phantasm. Gabriel’s strength stems from God themselves and as such, they are close to being unbeatable in battle. While their stats are already immensely high, they can increase further if they actually need them to.

Instead, the main manifestation of this Noble Phantasm is an equivalent to [Battle Continuation] and [Independent Action], both ranked EX. Gabriel is capable of acting without a master and even without a contract keeping them manifested until their duty is complete. The immense rank of survival further makes it so Gabriel is capable of surviving things they should not be able to survive, such as losing the entire top half of their body. Still, recovering great amounts of their body is draining on their Magical Energy reserves and if depended on too much, can result in them perishing anyway

A trumpet to be blown at the end of the world. By blowing into the trumpet, the end of the world is signaled and the dead rise back to life. There are no actual restrictions on this Noble Phantasm aside for Gabriel’s own decisions to use it or not and yet they appear if a Command Seal is used to force it’s activation in order to prevent such a thing

There is a level of awareness to the Noble Phantasm as well. If used within a Reality Marble, as such a place is considered a different world, the Reality Marble will simply shatter without the rising of the dead or effecting the world beyond the Reality Marble

In spite of the rank of Madness Enhancement, Leviathan is not actually insane and is quite capable of holding itself together in conversations. At that, the only reason they are summoned under the Berserker class is as a manifestation of nature’s cruelty and in order to have actual support to it’s own saint graph as it is unable to manifest under any of the regular Servant classes otherwise and would crumble under its own weight

Personal Skills:

Daemon Prince: A

Not a full step beyond, but a half-step above True Daemons. Leviathan is capable of causing magical effects to manifest simply by existing, twisting the world around themselves in whatever way they wish, though large changes will still be fought back by the World and Counter Force. The capacity to change the fate of the surrounding world and those within range

Unlike one might expect, there is no true inherent weakness. Holy symbols or powers will do any more damage than anything else and sheer power is needed to combat Belphegor, which the Angels or God one might invoke through holy artifacts may yet be capable of none the less

Manifest Phantasm: D

As a Daemon Prince, Leviathan normally should not have a true form, but one constructed out of desires and superstitions of humanity. However, Leviathan itself is known as a great sea serpent and as such, it has a True Form that has to be obeyed

And yet, the name of Leviathan had also been attached to sea monsters of certain sizes to the point it became a description rather than a singular name, allowing Leviathan to take varied forms from sea serpents to whales and even, for some reason, a penguin. In spite of this, Leviathan always seems to have very luminous eyes that can glow in any amount of darkness from the direct light of the sun to the depths of the sea

Strength of the Leviathan: A

A skill that allows Leviathan to draw on its original strength even further. Due to the already extreme stats it has however, instead of actual increases to its strength, Leviathan gains additional rulings such as automatically destroying Noble Phantasms or even Servants with an Endurance or Rank of C or lower, or becoming immune to all damage from Strength and Noble Phantasm rankings below A

The more this skill is used, the more the Noble Phantasm [Leviathan out of Water] is sealed, and if abused, Leviathan becomes unable to take human form again

Sin of Envy: EX

In spite of being labeled the Demon of Envy, Leviathan possesses actually possesses very little of the sin. They are, however, capable of punishing all those who have sinned towards it, to the point of possessing Authority over the same.

Leviathan is capable of sealing Noble Phantasms and Skills relating to things that were not a Servant’s during their life time as well as having their stats further reduced. Those with [Innocent Monster] skills are especially affected and the more a difference between the original stories or legends and the resulting Servant, the more Authority Leviathan has over them.

A king that declared themselves a god, or their sword a holy weapon would be especially affected, though the skill has issues with those who actually have the power to back up their statements. As such, servants like Iskandar the Great would be more affected by Leviathan than someone like Oda Nobunaga, even if both had made wild claims in their lives

Charisma: C

A demon and a prince of hell, their Charisma should be sufficient to twist the hearts of humanity and command the legions of hell itself. However, Leviathan never had the need to do as such, leading to the skill being reduced from the EX rating of their fellow rulers to a C, which is still sufficient enough to get the points across with little issue

A Noble Phantasm working in tandem with [Sin of Envy]. While Leviathan is capable of sealing and reducing to its heart’s content, this Noble Phantasm allows them to take it a step further and take anything from their target as long as they can be affected by the Skill

Their parameters, skills, Noble Phantasms, life, magical energy, memories, name and so on are all available for Leviathan to take away until it is satisfied. However, the Leviathan’s sin is not Greed and as such, they are not keyed to take away that much

Whatever is taken is kept by Leviathan until the end of the Holy Grail War, or until their defeat. There is no limit to how much, or from how many, things can be taken

Leviathan out of Water

Type: Anti-Unit

Range: Self

A supplementary Noble Phantasm. Leviathan is given a human form when not on or in water. This Noble Phantasm however is in defiance to it’s [Sin of Envy] and as such, they are capable of reducing and sealing even themselves to any extent as long as they are affected by this Noble Phantasm

[Strength of the Leviathan] acts in direct opposition to this skill however, granting Leviathan back various features of its original form even when out of water

Monster of the Sea

The true form of the Leviathan, raising them to the level of a true Divine Beast. While in this form, Leviathan is immune to nearly all attacks ranked A or below with the only exceptions being Divine Constructs which are capable of piercing through it, while its offense is capable of piercing any and all forms of defense of rank A or below, including Divine Constructs, making nearly all attacks on servants with an Endurance ranking less than A, a lethal attack

Leviathan is also capable of drawing on the powers of other notable sea monsters, such as the World Serpent of Norse mythology, though on its own it has the power to boil the depths of the sea and devour nearly any kind of sea vessel and as such, the need to draw on more power is rarely present

Dominion of Hell, Leviathan

The manifestation of Leviathan’s personal dominion. It is a Marble Phantasm that causes nearly all disasters at the same time, causing flood invoking rains, thunder, whirlpools, tsunamis, clouds that black out the sky and so much more, all with the simple description that what is within the dominion is hell on water to punish any and all who attempt to even be around it, let alone sail 

Leviathan is also capable of enforcing an instant effect and defying environmental conditions, allowing them to freeze over any sea around itself or simply make a single moment of rainfall with an impact that is measured in megatons

In theory, if allowed to use this Noble Phantasm for long enough, Leviathan is capable of recreating the Flood Myth on their own

Essentially fully independent of their Master and only one step short of fully independent manifestation into reality, i.e. [Independent Manifestation] as Belphegor still needs to be summoned in the first place to manifest

In essence, Belphegor has no singular true form and as such is capable of shifting and changing their appearance with very little limitation other than comprehension of the observer. 

If their master, or any observer is incapable of perceiving Belphegor’s form, they will rather naturally adapt until it can be comprehended. This however does not mean they are limited in the quantity of their forms but their quality as they can still take the form of any living being or aspect, though if they try to go beyond human comprehension, they will be forced back

Eyes of Greed: C

A bleed into a different sin. Belphegor is capable of knowing and advising on all ways to gain riches and opulence with the intention of a lack of action following it. This skill also serves as their [Clairvoyance] variation as well as allows for the replication of the [Item Construction] and [Territory Creation] skills depending on what is needed

Every item created will be the most optimal to be sold, every territory created will be the most optimal to make things from and gain riches and every hit will always be the most economic 

Sin of Sloth: EX

A skill that does the opposite of itself. Belphegor is an active entity rather than a passive one as its designation suggests. They do so that others remain lazy.

The skill grants Belphegor the full capacity to preform everything and anything in the most optimal way, the shortest time that will lead to the longest satisfaction, the shortest amount spent for the greatest wealth. Though not every attack is a lethal one that could kill an enemy in one shot, every attack is none the less a dangerous thing that can force a retreat for recovery and therefore sloth

Belphegor seeks eternal slothfulness and inaction by removing all need for action, eliminating all need for work by amassing so much riches that there will never be a need for work again. However, the wealth itself has no value to Belphegor but the lack of need for action, thus the sin is Sloth and not Greed

The Awards of Summoning

Range: 1

A passive Noble Phantasm active from the very moment of summoning. A mental effect is applied to their master, greatly increasing their magical powers, increasing their luck toward gaining wealth and increasing the chances to discover something new. The cost of this however is an increased irritability with a simple goal of eliminating contact. Discord will always be sown as a result of these bonuses until the master is left alone with only Belphegor, the actions of socializing eliminated with the goals of sloth.

Phallic Worship

A larger encroachment into a different sin. Unlike the capacity towards Greed, the worship of Belphegor as one connected to the phallus, orgies and  licentiousness, thus Lust, has caused a Noble Phantasm

Individually, Belphegor is capable of seducing most any person, regardless of gender, though it will usually be done through indirect means such as magic or pheromones, drawing people in with the least amount of effort needed. There is no limit to the number of people affected and Belphegor is even capable of nigh-mind control on all affected, effectively turning them into familiars and tools to be used toward the goal of Sloth

Dominion of Hell, Belphegor

Type: Anti-World

Range: ???

The manifestation of Belphegor’s personal dominion in hell, or rather their ideal one. A very dangerous Noble Phantasm that can only be manifested for a single moment and yet lasts an eternity. All things become slothful within the Dominion. Time stops, fate ceases to decide, blessings, curses, other Noble Phantasms, skills, contracts and so on. 

An effectively instant kill of all things, physical and metaphysical, caught within the range and yet at the same time, not. Not even the instant can pass within this dominion, no light travels, no magic flows, no time moves and it will never be seen or acknowledged as it will be gone by the eternity it takes to be seen. 

Belphegor themselves however are immune to these effects and are capable of simply existing as the only thing with the capacity to deny the slothfulness of everything around them. 

Smaller manifestations can be used in theory, simply stopping time or some other aspect, but it is rarely more economical to do so, usually takes more effort than sloth would allow, and as such, it is almost always used in its full power

Due to having an angelic origin, Satan is essentially immune to magecraft and spells due to lingering protection from God. Holy Sacraments and other effects with a Holy Attribute however are capable of piercing this immunity to an extent

Territory Creation: EX

The capacity to transform any area into a small, constant, manifestation of Hell without the necessary use of her Noble Phantasm

Personal Skills:

Fallen Angel: EX

One of the most famous Fallen Angels, Satan possesses the constitution of one. They possess a [Divinity] ranking of A even in spite of having fallen. They are also immune to all damage from attacks of a Strength rating of C or below as well as immune to all Non-Noble Phantasm poisons, burns, curses and so on and even then, only if the Noble Phantasm is focused on such an effect

A side-effect of this skill is a massive reduction in Luck due to having fallen

Shapeshifting (Angelic Reflection): A

Satan’s true form is not one that follows usual human logic or biology. However, Satan is instead capable of fully shapeshifting itself into any gender, appearance, species and so on as it is only their “fake” form that is being perceived and their true form is always the same

Sin of Wrath: EX

A skill almost ironically used to counter itself. Any skills that boost an opponent’s strength or stats are also applied to Satan even if Satan’s stats are unable to go higher, reaching from [Monstrous Strength] to even [Mana Burst] and certain Noble Phantasms. 

Simultaneously, this skill grants Satan an actual Counter power that works off of equal reflection. No matter how great the fury, the wrath, put into an attack by the opponent, Satan is always capable of fully neutralizing it. Even so, attacks from beings that possess no hatred in their strikes, or even things such as curses, poisons and so on that do not possess emotions in the first place could in theory affect Satan.

A further effect of this skills grants Satan an equivalent of the [Avenger] skill, increasing their rate of recovery greatly the more they are hated and despised as well as generally reducing the maintenance costs of keeping Satan manifested. 

Charisma: EX

Even having fallen, Satan is given and retains command over legions of Fallen Angels and is one of the rulers of all of Hell. Nearly all humans and low grade servants are incapable of denying Satan’s commands, those especially weak to them reaching levels near Command Seal orders for every word and order Satan makes. A level of charisma that is truly a curse

The Prosecutor, Satan

Type: Anti-Unit, Anti-Army

Range: 1~???

The original use of the title and identity of Satan. The Prosecutors of the Lord in the heavenly court who test the loyalty of Yahweh's followers by forcing them to suffer. 

As such, Satan is capable of causing great pain and suffering to all aligned to either good or evil as the good are made suffer to prove their loyalty and the evil are punished for their actions accordingly. Those truly neutral however seem to have a high level of resistance to this Noble Phantasm as they can neither be tested nor punished properly

A minor manifestation of this Noble Phantasm is also an additional Skill-like power equal to [Memory Correction]. Satan remembers and is unable to forget the sins of any and all around them, regardless of when they had been committed. 

Etymology of a Title

The Embodiment of All Evil, the one name to connect them all. Satan is not fully one being, one legend, one story. but a legion onto themselves. All who had been known as Satan, any and all rulers of hell to which the term Satan had been applied to simply add onto the legend of the Satan. 

As a result, Satan is protected from any direct methods to discern their identity and even the simple act of Satan themselves stating their name will not truly or fully function to determine who Satan actually is, as the name alone could be a class in and of itself.

Realms of Hell

An existence between a Reality Marble and a Marble Phantasm. The power to replace the world around Satan with the images and territories of hell, where Satan is greatly more powerful and is effectively capable of fully supporting themselves without a Master.

The effectiveness of this Noble Phantasm is greatly reduced when dealing with being that have true ties to an Underworld, such as Ereshkigal, Hel or Izanami, though those that simply have legends relating to an underworld, such as Orpheus, are still fully affected by whatever changes happen as the world is replaced.

The actual limits of this Noble Phantasm are unknown as Satan is capable of drawing on any and all descriptions of Hell, from a fiery wasteland where no life could ever thrive to a frozen lake, or even less abstract locations such as a battlefield. A good standard to keep however is that, if a location can be described as hell, then Satan is capable of reproducing it and making it worse.
