Not a boat in sight today, but still part of the pre-titles sequence for "The World Is Not Enough". The Bickers Action camera platform used for tracking the Q Boat as it jumps the steps in the ornamental cancel in Tobacco Dock. The late Dave Bickers can be seen in the driving seat of the vehicle. This is the exact location where wheel clamper Ray Brown was drenched by the passing Q Boat.
The Bickers Action guys arrive on set with the SuperTechno 50' crane making the interesting angles possible. These guys had worked on them all from BBC's Top Gear through to Pirates of the Caribbean and for this week Storm City 3D in Teeside :P
