No because I need olympic bikers cyckling to work in -30 degrees with basic shit bikes. I need to know if even they could bare the unbreatable air and roads that are in bad condition 'cause of snow. I need them to use a bike that hardly moves because it's so frozen. I need to remember if biking is shit 'cause I'm bad at it or 'cause of the winter.
