Got The Biellman Position with One Arm!
I can only do it on my left leg at the moment but I'm really pleased! Oddly enough, my right leg is the more flexible one, but when I do the splits that way, my body alignment won't stay straight and I always end up facing the side. But on the left leg, where I find it less easy to get down to splits all the way, I have no issues with alignment and it always faces straight. I think the alignment issue is whats causing the difficulty on the other leg.
Does anyone have any tips for straightening up splits?
