This is unrelated to bts so I was hoping you could answer on the blog: since you guys said you were fans of bigbang, I was wondering who your biases were? It’s so interesting because I keep seeing vips jump ship and becoming armys lol
We were huge fans of Bigbang, having both gotten into them around 2012. Prior to this, both admins were actually in the same class at college for 2 years (from 2009 to 2011!!!) and never said a word to each other (except once, when Admin N asked me a question and I, unfortunately, had not noticed her in my class and was super confused as to why she knew my name...terrible, I know). Anyway, after this, we went to a different college together for a year (art college) and that was when we started talking and eventually realised we both loved Bigbang.
Our biases changed. For me (admin M), it was T.O.P until 2017, until G-Dragon released Kwon Ji-Yong. For Admim N, it was mostly Taeyang.
I actually bought her a sympathy card when he got married! :’)
Though, we both agree Daesung would make the best boyfriend.
We went to see G-Dragon together at the MOTTE concert in 2017, and were so blown away. It was our first KPOP concert, but also still to this day breathtaking. (Although, I still think Doom Dada is possibly the best Kpop song of all time, and both being ex. art students, can relate to T.O.P a lot).
We were so reluctant to get into BTS at first, as we felt we were completely betraying Bigbang, but eventually realised our love for BTS did not lessen our love for Bigbang.
Prior to writing BTS fic, we actually came up with many scenarios for Bigbang and never wrote any of it down! My post here from a few weeks ago explains that initially, I really hated the idea of writing any of our BTS ideas down too! Foolish, in hindsight since people seem to like what we do.
