Leon’s entire life has been a long series of unexpected twists and turns, and at this point, he figured there was nothing left that would surprise him.
He was very wrong.
When he’d woken up, it had taken him a while to adjust to standing on four legs, not to mention the fact that the world itself looked different-- he was being assaulted with sounds and smells, and nothing looked right. When he caught sight of his reflection, he panicked; if this was one of those body swaps, wouldn’t he have seen an animal like this around...?
He’d knocked over a few benches, gotten stuck a few places... it’s not like he’s trying to wreak havoc, but he’s never been a giant wolf before. Eventually he lets the panicked instincts take over, and finds a spot in an alley to lay low. A chance to calm his racing heartbeat, and then he can figure out what to do next.
When the first human approaches his hiding spot, he doesn’t even think about trying to find a way to ask for help-- for some reason that’s not at the forefront of his mind. Instead, he lets out a low growl, warning them not to come any closer. He doesn’t want to fight, but he also doesn’t want to deal with people right now, even if he can’t see them clearly from where he’s hiding.
