Been thinking a lot of the changes I want to see in my personal life practice, and my physical practice. School is finishing up, work is settling in, and my personal life is truly happy. I don't know what life has in store, but I am excited and scared. This is a pose that I still have trouble getting into and maintaining for any real length of time.
