Afraid with Peace - 3 months ago I decided that it was enough and wanted this 4 year old debt gone before we got married. So I asked God for his help, stepped out in faith and committed to a 6 month payment plan where I was paying off weekly more than what I was even earning! - The next day work called and asked if I wanted to commit to a job for the next 3 months that paid me 5x more than what I was currently earning. - So as of Christmas I was officially debt free, that's half the time than what I hoped for. Praise God! - Was I worried of what may happen, yes. Did I have my doubts, yes. Did I have a peace about my decision, yes. In my mind I had thoughts about making the wrong decision but in my heart I knew it was right. - I encourage everyone in 2018 to press in to prayer and do that thing you want to do. Now some of the things I want to do in 2018 scare me big time, ok most of them, but I have a peace about them as I know God is with me and he is greater than all things.
