If you haven’t seen this, it’s 4 hours of brilliant D&D inside Divinity 2, using the new DM mode, where you can edit an adventure for your player group - just like D&D, but with the stunning graphics of Divinity 2 (2017) and without having to use Matt’s beloved minis and shitload of Dwarvenforge goods. Matthew Mercer leads a group of chaotic but lovely players through the wilds and catacombs of this small one-shot, the video itself was cut together from several streams to match the POV of whomever is talking at the moment. The beginning is a little confusing, but after the shopping bit, the adventure starts at 12:41

The Bike-man Cometh...

My client from the two-hour appointment last night is a cycling hobbyist and he completed a trail today that was very challenging. This man is over 60 years of age and finished a 100mi trail.

When I saw him last night, I listened, intently, to the details of the cycling event he’s participating in this weekend. So, I guess that’s why he sent me a screenshot of the path he completed today. He wanted to share his victory with me because he know I would care.

I like when clients know that I care about the things they care about. It makes them feel good and deepens the connection. I know it sounds corny but it’s satisfying when you have clients they are genuinely good people. It feels good to make them feel good.

We will call him “Bike Man”.
