okay. hi. i need help finding a fic…

the plot is BIKER!BUCKY BARNES AND THE AVENGERS ARE ALL PART OF THIS BIKER CLUB, right? AND THE READER’S BROTHER IS A PART OF IT TOO. but he left the reader (WHO RUN’S A FARM WITH HER GRANDMA) to join and never turned back. BUT THE GRANDMA DIES AND LEAVES SOMETHING FOR THE BROTHER SO THE READER GOES TO HIM TO GIVE HIM THIS LETTER. that’s when the avengers learn he has a sister and that HE LEFT HER AND THE GRANDMA ALONE AND THEY CHASTISE HIM FOR IT. later they SHOW UP AT THE FARM AND CONVINCE HER TO LET THEM STAY AND THEY START HELPING ON THE FARM

and her and bucky fall in love. he’s also her first everything.

Sorry if this has already been asked. In HFY, did all or most of the Howlies know each other when they were teens? Were most of them part of the same groups/cliques, or did it vary?

They didn’t all meet in high school. They’re also not all the same age. 

Bucky and Steve obviously grew up together. 

They met Sam at the V.A. and when Sam spotted their motorcycles, he knew he wanted to be friends with them. He immediately brought them over to his own motorcycle and they started talking shop...literally. 

They always joke that Nat found them. One day she just showed up at a bar and somehow knew they were a group of friends that rode motorcycles. She just took a seat and started talking to them as if it wasn’t the weirdest thing in the world. They never actually heard her say it, but they all knew she used to do some shady shit for the government. She never tells them and they never ask. 

Thor met Bucky when Bucky got into a fist fight at a bar once. It was 1 against 5 and Thor thought that was hardly fair, so he thought he’d help Bucky out. They became immediate friends. From there, he introduced his brother Loki to the group. 

Clint was a little bit older than Bucky and Steve, but he lived in the same town as them. He sometimes helped them out with their motorcycles when they were trying to figure out how to fix a bike or put one together. It wasn’t until a year after being friends with Nat that they realized Nat had known Clint for years. 

Banner was simply a local doctor who had too good of a heart to turn down an injured person, even if they didn’t get said injury from unlawful activities.
