Imagine Loki being dared to steal something of yours. He knows it’s a dumb idea, but what is he supposed to do? Back down from a dare?
He sighs. “What should I take?”
“Oh, I don’t know.” Thor dithers with his response. “Anything. Maybe a pair of her—”
“Shut up.”
Loki goes into your room in search of anything that doesn’t look excessively valuable and that you might not miss right away. It’s not like he plans to keep what he finds forever, but he doesn’t want to inconvenience you too badly, either.
Wanting to get out before he gets caught, he grabs the first random object he sees on your bathroom counter.
“Hey!”
Busted.
“Where are you going with that?”
Loki stares at you, floundering. “I... need to borrow this.”
You give him a skeptical look. “You need to borrow my bikini trimmer?”
“You know, (Name), I don’t ask questions about your personal life.”
