Babysitting duty with billhart008

Tiago was seething. He hadn’t done anything wrong, so he did not understand why he was being punished. Of course M did not see him being assigned babysitting duty as a punishment at all. 

‘Stop being so dramatic, Rodriguez. I want you to train him because you’re one of my best agents. Not every mission can consist of you hacking the target from a Caribbean resort while bedding the locals,’ she had said. Which was entirely unfair as it had been ages since Tiago had a mission like that. In fact, his last mission had involved him being shot at in a desert. 

Realistically Tiago knew that this was a two person mission: one in the field and one behind a keyboard. The security was too tight and sophisticated for just any agent and someone from q-branch could not also pitch in in the field should things go tits up. But just because he understood it, did not mean he had to like it.

He paced up and down his office a few times, waiting for his new ‘partner’.

vomit / don’t ship / ok / cute / adorable / sexy / perfect / beyond flawless / hot damn / screaming and crying / i will ship them in hell

For both.  I love BIll and Cris and their adorable daughter.  I love Remy and Cris and their kids (or their life of crime, whichever).  Seriously, they make me so happy.  I love ALL OF OUR SHIPS.  And there are so very many of them.

💘 (Bill and Remy)

Bill and Cris are so cute.  I love the height difference with them and the fact that they have a lot in common.  Unlike James and Q, Bill comes from a fairly similar background so they have a lot in common.  It leads to lots of deep conversations and happy moments.  But Bill has a dog and Cris still can’t quite forgive him for that.  XD

Remy, my gods, everything with him makes me happy.  I love our steampunk verse so much.  I didn’t necessarily go into it thinking that there would be a ship coming out of it but they work so well together and when they got drunk and kissed in the bar, celebrating their success, I think I squeed.  I want them to live forever in their fabulous estate with the kids and Cris’ inventions and everything.

🌺 (Remy and Bill)

Remy - I don’t even know where to start with my husband.  He was the first person to see me and understand that I had something of value to offer the world.  He took a chance on an unknown inventor and we changed society because of it.  He trusted my judgement.  That was probably when I started to fall in love with him.  He is a brilliant businessman, a kind father, and the best lover ever (though he’s the only one I’ve ever been with so it might be a little biased).

Bill - Bill is one of those rare double-oh agents who actually does what he is supposed to.  He listens to me on missions, returns his equipment and is generally pleasant to be around.  He can make me laugh, talk books and Doctor Who for hours and is more than happy to spend quiet nights in with our animals and some takeaway.  With the long and stressful hours we work, those are my favourite times with him.

Tomorrow was the day.  Bill, his best friend for longer than he could ever remember was getting married.  As his best man, Cris decided it was his job to make sure he had a great last night as a single man.  However, not really being a bar hopper himself, Cris had bought a case of beer and some movies, thinking they could crash at the hotel and have a quiet movie night like they did all through uni.  

“Tomorrow’s the day, huh?” he asked as the door closed behind him.  “Nervous?”
