Just a little walk.
Taking the time out of your day to go for a walk can go a long way. Any amount of exercising throughout your day can greatly improve how you feel. When you exercise, it releases chemicals in your brain which gives a happy feeling, kind of a reward system your brain does when you do something good for survival, even though going for a walk won't increase your chances of survival in a first wold culture it will still give you the reward and you'll feel better. Doesn't have to be much, but that little something will make a good day great.
