She pulled up outside his place, coasting into the driveway and sending him a quick text to let him know she'd arrived. Taking advantage of the couple moments she'd have, she double checked her lipstick in the mirror on the underside of her visor, touching it up while she waited.
The two of them rarely did what was expected and that was part of what she adored about him - he was always willing to try something new and take a chance, no matter how ridiculous the idea might sound. She never didn't have fun when she was with him, which was great except it meant she couldn't really get enough of him. It also meant she had to think outside the box a little when it came to ways she could surprise him on Valentine's Day, but she thought she'd come up with the perfect way and she couldn't help but dance around a little in her seat as the anticipation and excitement grew as their night was set to begin.
