you know, there’s movies you never tire off no matter how many times you watch them. they’re movies that are like good old friends you haven’t seen in years but it’s like you were never apart the second you see them again. sometimes they’re classics, critically acclaimed, but you like em for something else. sometimes they’re just plain bad, but you like em anyway.  maybe it’s the context in which you saw them. maybe it’s the actors, maybe it’s the story. 

and then there’s movies that feel like coming home. i think that to me that movie might be billy elliot. it’s just... right in every way. perfection.
