Ok so just hear me out in this,

So I have this headcannon that him and his cousin Billy are roommates My reason is that in the Ben 10 Mech armor episode [The one before Kayla/Charlie and benny met] Benny looked around and questioned where Billy was Later brushing it off, This gave me the idea that They are roommates, Billy did stay in there demension after the ep where kayla/Charlie but that let's me belive he probably had a secret base/Warehouse or something, Anyways. This gave me the Hallarious idea that Billy pays the taxes to keep the Fuzz of there back and the real reason the cops are after benny is becuase he beats up random people Harrasing others on the street.

+Bonus if he Gets geared up and dose it as a hobby of finding people like that and beating them up.
