All my life it has been “huge weight gain” and “huge weight loss” within a year. Currently I weight around 170s whereas three months ago I used to weight 160 or a bit less. 

I’ve been trying different methods to make my binge eating go. Three months ago I started the binge eating season to allow myself to eat and enjoy the holidays but now it’s February and still eating a lot. Might start trying something else soon...

Anyone ever searches for topics similar to “the psychology of binge eating” or “what causes binge eating” and can’t really connect with the reasons provided. I don’t hate myself nor I suffer from depression, I just love the taste of food more than others. I don’t feel full.

I'm a closet eater. All I think about is food. My boyfriend just left for Georgia to visit his father, he has cancer and his health is pretty much up and down. And what did I think of as soon as he left ? Is what could I eat? When he's with me I hold back on the bad stuff I want to eat... Nachos sounds pretty good right now.

Having to give up something you love for the sake of making healthier choices, now that’s a hard one. Due to a digestive illness that began 7.5 years ago I had to give up practically all of the foods I loved. Recently, I’ve discovered I can tolerate red wine, tortilla chips, and honey. After having been deprived of these foods for over 7 years I have become a #bingeeater to the point of it being unhealthy. Moderation just flew right out the window with my new discovery and now I just have a hard core food addiction... not easy to admit. My new challenge to myself is to replace these #bingeworthy foods with something healthier that will not cause binge-like responses in me. A very very real reality. I have GAINED SOME SERIOUS WEIGHT. #depresion sucks, as you can see I turn to food for my emotions. I am a #bingeeater and an #emotionaleater. I have to stop. ITS GOING TO KILL ME. I'm just having such a hard time with family, friends and myself. So when my mind and soul broke I went to food. Not just a little food either. I ate like a damn PIG! Anything put in my sight consumed. I strongly dislike that I'm like this, if I dont quit I'll die. Literally just thinking how I ate myself to sleep recently. Just because I want to d to feel good. I'm here

I've had a breakdown of sorts recently. IUI isn't working, and I'm pining to have a child. Stress from work hasn't helped and all this culminated in nearly losing my relationship. It didn't, but we have worked things around and we're working on it. Times aren't always easy, but I have a great network (one that I hadn't expected to be honest) and times like this prove why we're 13 years relationship strong.

I've successfully tracked my meals for one day. I've successfully tracked meals and eaten well and gone to the gym all in one day. I only had 3x cans of coke zero today (don't hate, let's deal with one addiction at a time - I'm being honest here, accountable and all that) I have time for housework. I feel organised. I feel motivated. I feel like i did the time I lost 30kg. I'm losing my shit waiting for my iherb and myprotein packages to arrive. Not supplements, but things like flavoured ricecakes (nice ones, not like you get in Australia) I binge watch #obesetobeast everyday. John Glaude is literally my inspiration and motivation. Got my first goal - new tattoo in T minus 10kg.

I feel like it could happen. We'll see tomorrow.
