TGIF😍😅😩🤮 Mission failed today due to heat stroke 😂 but I found an easier way to get an Ironman 🤪 #bintancycling (at The Canopi - Bintan Island)
Another monthly Bintan spa retreat after the monthly Tour de Bintan cycling torture 🚵🏾♀️ Temperature showed 36 degree on our guide’s watch in the shade and my Garmin recorded max was 45🤪 Successfully melted two packs of ice in my Purpose jersey✌🏼✌🏼 and rewarded myself 3 Coke + 2 Magnum 😅 Luckily to have ironman Andrew and epic cyclist Harry to ride together🚵🏾♂️🚵🏾♂️🚵🏾♀️ Otherwise I would just give up after 5km😂 Now my legs are as red as Jumbo chilli crabs 🦀 #daytrip #bintancycling #findmypurpose (at The Canopi - Bintan Island)
