Why do you think it’s important for pop stars not to forget the diehard fans?

I think it's vitally important. It's as simple as if nobody buys the record, and nobody comes to the tour shows, we can't do what we do. It is vitally important to make people feel seen, from every different place. That’s really important to me. I have always had a good relationship with the fans, and I have always been incredibly grateful to have the fanbase I have. So as much love and as much thanks as I can give to them, that’s always important to me.

These photos were taken in an abandoned Chilean military center, which was built in the First World War, later this enclosure was used by the military forces, as a detention center for political prisoners, in addition to being used to torture and make disappear prisoners whose identity is unknown. Unfortunately, the misuse that was given to this abandoned structure, it was at the time of the Chilean military dictatorship, from 1973. Currently, this enclosure is abandoned, destroyed, and hidden in the "Cerro El Morro, Talcahuano, Región del BioBio, Chile". Remains of this military base can still be found today, you can still enter its underground bunkers, its subways, and turret bases.

Saturday you were at the Tecate Pa’l Norte Festival. You held a Mexican flag. Was it the first time?

I saw that the fans were talking about it online and I think I've only done it once before, and I think it was in Mexico too. Those shows are kind of… they’re so exciting and so euphoric for me. There’s no other reason. In that moment I take the flag and wrap it around me. Which is kind of cool too.
