Following on from my post about joint pain. Something else I’ve incorporated over the years is a good fish oil supplement. . . I’ve personally felt a difference (when I take it consistently!) and definitely seen at least anecdotal evidence that it improves joint health. . . There have also been links to improved heart health, better lipid profiles and lower blood pressure but I’ve never delved into enough studies to say that for sure! . .
