My August birchbox, which my manna kaddar bronzer was shattered! I contacted birchbox and they credited my account $5! 😡 that only means i have to spend money to get anything...NOT HAPPY about that, ok they are out if that item...SEND ME ANOTHER COLOR ITEM....I only was excited about the ONE BUSTED ITEM! So...again, birchbox fails! I'm probably cancelling this sub, I'm NEVER IMPRESSED! And there are too many I AM IMPRESSED BY! Sorry #birchbox #birchboxaugust but you DIDNT HANDLE MY BROKEN ITEM NEARLY THE WAY I THINK YOU SHOULD'VE! And...I can waste my money elsewhere!
