What if the humans in this world had bird wings because all the ice caps melted and the oceans rising meaning that the bots can explore abandoned cities, and the human were genetically modified by M.E.C.H to have wings and giant cities above the water, EVEN THOUGH THEY CAUSED THE WATER LEVELS TO RISE!!! Making more profit and looking like the hero, while hiding their past. M.E.C.H wants to recreate transformers so that they can explore the deeper levels of the ocean and collect old relics of the cities, not to mention to capitalize off the local wildlife.

i couldnt find a reference sheet of wings on humans that i liked so i made my own. Feel free to use as reference. Keep in mind that i used kingfisher wings as reference, different wings have different purposes.
