this is my neighbors' cat. he comes to my house and yells until someone goes outside to pet him. his way of expressing that you have pet him enough is to grab your hand with his claws out and bite it. i'm working on teaching him manners, but it's slow going.

i was thinking of funny full names for cal kestis a while ago (read: calcifer) and @birdsquirrel suggested that his name should be caleb and that the reason that there’s so many calebs about that age in the galaxy is because of a famous holovid star. 

now i’m imaging a galaxy full of dudes about ahsoka tano’s age named caleb and all trying to distance themselves from it because he was a teenage heartthrob and that’s just emBARASSING. the only good thing to come from order 66 is that kanan got to yeet the name caleb as far away from his as possible XD

if you've got a couple weeks til planting, you could play a fun game of trying to find enough warm days in a row for bean or radish sprouts! 😄

The real issue is that it’s still at or below freezing at night even on the nice days lol.  It won’t reliably be over 40 at night until May, so for now I’m filling the bird feeders to feed the singbirds and, indirectly, the Cooper’s Hawks.It’s going to snow tomorrow but after that I’m also spending time writing out on the porch to get some change of pace.

Slept like a baby, just drank the better part of a glass of water, and worked this morning. So . . . yes, yes, and yes. Sooo really no idea what my brain’s fussed about, tbh. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
