Days 27-28 (50 Days of TWST)

I'm going to post Emrie's birthday interview separately, since I haven't finished yet. Today is not her birthday, though--the date is unknown since it was decided to be the day she first came to NRC.

Day 27: Birthday Jacket/Bloom

Birthday bloom:

Since Emrie has no magic and can’t use a broom or flight magic for the traditional birthday broom ride, I just combined the interview questions from Birthday Jacket and the art from Birthday Bloom/Broomquet

She got one type of flower from each  Housewarden for her bouquet: pink roses from Riddle (‘encouragement’), palm from Leona (‘victory’), coronilla from Azul (‘success crowns your wishes’), dahlias from Jamil (‘my gratitude exceeds your care’), sweet alyssum from Vil (‘worth beyond beauty’), buttercups from Idia (‘childishness’), and wild blue lupine from Malleus (‘her smile, the soul of witchery’).

Kalim couldn’t decide on a flower to give Emrie, so Jamil suggested the dahlias and he presented them to Emrie himself, to really get his gratitude to her across.

And….Malleus. Real subtle.

Vil did her makeup, of course—can’t have his favorite potato anything but glamorous on her birthday 

Birthday jacket:

Her birthday was decided to be the day she first arrived at NRC, since she’s amnesiac and can’t remember her real bday 

Malleus was her interviewer, and he brought her that dragon plush she’d been wanting for a gift that he had made with his magic to resemble his fully dragon form. 

But he didn’t want to pie Emrie in the face, so he did the absolute normal thing that anyone would do…and give her a fae Blessing to give her good luck for the rest of the year. Definitely a perfectly normal thing to give to a human.

Day 28: Culinary Crucible

Emrie’s dish was a summer fruit sangria cake (non-alcoholic), because she wanted to learn to make a treat for parties.

She did pretty well in making it, since Trey and Jamil gave her plenty of baking/cooking lessons.

Her judge was Riddle, who definitely enjoyed the cake and went up to her afterwards to ask if she could bring a cake like that to the next unbirthday party. She agreed, but said she’d bring another one just for him since she could tell he really liked it, which embarrassed him. 🤭

And here's a picture of the cake! It looks really good...I may try to make it soon. :D

Came home in 2nd 10 free pull?!

I don’t know who, what, when, why, or how...

But Birthday Jacket Cater literally shows up on my 2nd 10 free pull for the birthday missions! XD

You see, I've been in a drought in gacha pulls in TWST game. New Year Jack did show but... I was aiming for New Year Malleus :')

And then there's Dorm uniform Silver, which i guess he showed up when I was pulling for Overblot!Malleus :') Silver, why didnt you come home in your Dawn Armor?

Tbh, I wasn't expecting anything good when I pulled for Cater's free 10 pulls but I didnt think he came home just like that!

I wonder what did I do to make Cater come home to me in my ENG account xD
