Battle in Seattle 2014.

Probably one of the greatest Kendama experiences I've had! The amount of talent from all the guys and girls out there is literally through the roof! I had the chance to meet the pros who attend and all of the prospects! I even got to meet some of my tumblr and Instagram followers too! All the advice, tips, and encouragement everyone gave me just makes me want to keep striving to get better! It's still pretty surreal how Kendama is opening so many opportunities for me; and the Kendama community doesn't lie when they say, "it's not just some wooden toy." It's taught me so much through the year and four months I've been actively playing! While I was there, I was able to get my name out there and also spread the news about our start-up company! And what do you know, people actually recognized me before I had even introduced myself! It was all just so overwhelming! We filmed each ladder of the competition and some! We most definitely got what we came for and we couldn't be happier! Of course since we were twenty minutes away from the city, we had to do some touring ourselves and visit the Space Needle and Pike's Place! We were able to film some of our own stuff and a lot of extra footage for our personal edit! I'm super excited to go to "KG Tuesday's" tomorrow night in SF, jam with everyone, get some beers and then host our Kendama meet up on Thursday! We definitely stepped up our game this past weekend and with that we also have a lot on our plate to work on but it's totally worth it! But yeah, that's just some of the logistics that happened on our little vacation! I'm already super hyped for our next adventure this month! Back to Southern California for the Battle Jam in San Diego! But yeah, til next time!
