Following a friend's second vaccine appointment downtown, there was a biscuit run, and then back to my place, where I deposited her in my guest room so she could have the lie-down the vaccine was demanding her body take. (We knew she'd get like this from her 1st shot reaction.)

I joined in familial strategizing for upcoming visits and related parental paperwork via text for about an hour, and then took a nap myself. I find lately I don't nap because I'm physically tired, I nap because it's the best way to stop thinking about all the stuff that stresses me out. I nap on just about every day I'm not doing elder care.
