Yay! I’m so excited to finally share this! I wrote the first draft over the summer and then the fall kicked my booty so it’s just now being posted. This is my creation for @fandomtrumpshate and @the-starryknight. The idea for this fic had sat in my “Future Fic Ideas” doc for a while and I was so pleased that Starry said they liked it!

From the outside looking in, Ginny Weasley-Potter had a perfect life: great job, great husband, great friends… and she was happy.
She should have been happy.
She was happy.
Except for a gentle nagging in the back of her mind that she couldn’t shake. Like grit in her subconscious, it wore through her senses bit by bit until the day she could no longer ignore it — the day in which disregarded glances, brushed aside daydreams, and overlooked touches came into laser-sharp focus.
In short, the day she recognized the truth she had hidden from herself for her entire life. The day everything changed and nothing would ever be the same.
