The ships chosen are based off of my headcanons for age ranges, and avoiding putting two functional OC's together.
Obviously a lot of these characters are unnamed, Prudence, Priscilla, Horatia, Esmerelda and Jean don't have any canon name (although Hermione's middle name is Jean), Evelyn's first name is unknown, and Alice and Pandora have no surnames given, these are just my headcanons for their names. In the case of characters like Evelyn, Alice, Pandora and Jean, we do actually know things about their personalities and jobs, and with characters like Priscilla and Horatia it's fairly easy to assume they're reasonably respectable pureblood women because of their daughters reputations, Prudence and Esmerelda are really the only ones we have nothing to work with for. Other than that Esmerelda is canonically not White, and specifically she's meant to be dark-skinned since Rolf is only ever described as dwarthy. And with Alice, once you add the Fortescue headcanon we actually get a lot more information because the Fortescue family own a dessert shop and contains a lot of history buffs.
Also if you don't know who The Metallic Gang is, it's the collective name for Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Neville, Luna, Draco, Pansy, Blaise, Hannah, Rolf and Astoria, since they're like the main characters (+romantic partners of the main characters) when it comes to the main gen.
