2. happy stims?

the hand clenching thing, sometimes hand flapping if im like really super happy. also i do this like full body wiggle thing and it prolly looks ridiculous

17. do "find your happy place" exercises help you or no?

eh. depends. with anxiety, if i get past a certain point i cant even concentrate enough to do that. if im in a frame of mind that allows it, retreating to a happy place can be soothing

19. what books / movies have really helped u?

hmmmmmmmmmm. prolly the harry potter books tbh. theyre so familiar to me i can just slip right into that world and forget everything for awhile
