How was I to know that the last free shipping event would fester in my mind for so many years like some sort of bacteria.

So Friday is pay day and I planned to order the new slender SDF65 but I forgot about the time difference and the sale is OVER. Such a major disappointment! I really spaced out on this one! 

Anyone else ever do this?

You know when you’ve found the perfect doll sculpt for a character. It’s as if it were sculpted from your subconscious and destined to BE. And it feels awesome. It's also 4am right now.

It's 3am. I can't sleep. I just feel like taking all of my doll stuff out and dressing everyone up and taking pictures but 3am pictures always turn out shadowy and yellow and sad. So, uh, I'll just stay in bed and imagine what it would be like!

BJD Re-releases

As someone who has dropped a lot of coin on a second hand Grail (LUTS Woosoo vamper) I can see why people get upset about re-releases, but look at it this way; you paid extra because you HAD to have the doll and the extra money is like paying for all that extra time that you had with your doll. On the upside, if a limited doll is re-released, now you can afford to have twins!

(But it seems like there’s always some excuse!)
