Finally had time to play with my BJDs a little bit today. Littlerally had no time to do any doll-related stuff lately :( Cameron, who arrived home today 6/9/2017, really makes me want to continue writing her story and after all the bonding issues I’ve been having with her baby self (RS Bei - I’ve tried everything with her…we just don’t click) finally having her home eases my anxiety and I’m sure she’s the right sculpt for my character. Since I got tagged by @mobinj0 for the 5 facts about a character thing, I thought I'd do it for my newest girl. 1.) Her name is Orla, but that isn't her true name. As part of the Fae, a name equals power, so only those they completely trust are given the knowledge of their true name. 2.) She is a Púca! Basically it means she is a kind of shapeshifter that is known to cause mischief. She can change her form rather easily, although currently she just usually uses her human form. She can also change the way she looks as a human. (I plan to get a supia doll Muriel for a more mature looking version of her!) 3.) She has been kicked out of the world of the Fae. Basically, one of her tricks backfired and she pissed off the Queen of the Fae. Which resulted in her expulsion from the land of the Fae, also known as the Sidhe Hill. 4.) She has a lover! He is a Gancanagh, a Love-Talker. Because Orla is also of the Fae, his power doesn't effect her. He isn't kicked out of the Sidhe, but most of his "work" is done in the mortal realm, so he lives in that realm. 5.) She currently loves in a house that she shares with other Fae, as well as the one person the sees the Fae as they are and aren't effected by them, Quincy. Orla and Quincy get along well, though Orla does like to bug him as different animals and playing pranks. And that's all folks!!! As for tagging people, uhhhhhh, I TAG YOU!!
