Just reviewing these photos I took at Bjornbar Bakery makes me want to get in the car ASAP to get my hands on their treats. The meringues at BjornBar Bakery are what first drew me in as a big time BIG TIME meringue fan. Just can’t resist these white beauties. So of course I had to get all three flavours: vanilla, pistachio, and blackberry. I liked the pistachio the best.

The interior is sleek and chic - a nice departure from the more casual vibe of the Edgemont neighbourhood in North Vancouver. Although it is a more upscale experience, it is warm and welcoming. I feel like I’m downtown when I am in fact nestled away in the North Shore. 

Still thinking about this sandwich cookie BjornBar Bakery. I will definitely be driving back just for this! The softest chocolate chip cookies with a fluffy marshmallow centre that is amazing!! I could eat two easily in one sitting. 

More meringue love! Mini lemon meringue bar perfect when you want just a little treat.

And yes… even the tea comes with a meringue kiss. Swooning. Oh my. If you aren’t planning a trip there after seeing these, you are missing out on some serious deliciousness.
