I opened my first brick & mortar space in Aug 2011 showcasing black and brown accessory designers of color. Along with accessories that I carefully curate and are one of a kind handmade pieces. When I decided to open the store I was thinking of a way to showcase local designers that did not have a platform to get their products resold. Getting into a retail boutique is not easy and I wanted to open that door for my POC artist community.
