Will was invited over to Marissa's house for the first time. She even had snack made up for his visit. They really haven't had an official date, only talked for hours and hung out with her friends. This is really the first time they have been alone in person. But Will is hoping this can move forward.
WILL / "Thanks for the bruschetta. It was really good. "
MARISSA / "You are just saying that to be nice."
WILL / "No seriously, it was VERY good. Marissa, this place is beautiful. The view is amazing!"
MARISSA / "My grandmother's money was good for something I suppose."
WILL / "Your grandmother left you money? When did she pass."
MARISSA / "When I was just a child. The money was placed in a trust until I turned 21, so I bought this place with it."
WILL / "You can't go wrong with Real Estate, especially located in a spot like this!"
They get up and start walking down to the pier. Both are quiet as the walking slowing taking in all the sights.
WILL / "Marissa? I was wanting to ask you something."
MARISSA / "Yes, there is still money left."
WILL / "What? OH No, it wasn't that. I know we haven't really known each other very long, and we've not really went on a date, unless this counts as one..."
MARISSA / "So what is the question, Will?"
