Progress on this bad boy. Currently waiting on my LEDs and paints as I finish building this. Still figuring out the back since I want to make it so I can open it when I want to and change the battery when I need to, or to fix the circuit if something goes wrong.
Contemplating on using magnets to attach this to my belt for Maya later on, but I can’t trust people at cons at times. They always walk too close and I don’t want it ripping off my belt and getting trampled on 🙃. Will try to get neodymium magnets with a strong weight pull.
Omg I re-made the hexagon part because I thought it looked garbage. I will be good this time and not glue it in until the end after the rest of the shield is painted 😹. Makes making parts easier when I will airbrush. Also my LEDs came in! Will have to do a test later. This isn’t the actual lights I’ll be using.
Next up to make I will be making a Maliwan grenade mod—probably Fire Storm? Or start on an SMG.
