Gahhhhhhh I hate today.

Work sucked, people suck, I feel so so rubbish about my writing. Self-esteem and self-confidence are at an all time low, I don’t like it and it’s making me feel all raahhhhhwoeskfuwlefkwusaaa *curls up into a ball and growls*

Didn’t sleep at all last night and now my brain feels like plain mashed potatoes. No salt, no butter. Like the kind that come as fried flakes in a box and someone only used water to reconstitute them

i am absolutely wrecked with anxiety at the moment. I took something for it, i think it’s helping. But like… i want to feel NOTHING at this point. Is that too much to ask for. Capiche? This is exhausting. I don’t want to go to bed because then I’ll have C-PTSD nightmares. 😭
